Man, oh man...my first true love. Football. Although I became very talented at a few other sports (Basketball, Track, Wrestling, Volleyball, Boxing), no other sport compares to my love for this game. Should I even try to express my appreciation to God for allowing my major talents and gifts to come in the form of athleticism, this entire site does not provide enough space-let alone this page. But I will say, that I have had some of the absolute greatest moments of my life stem from being an athlete. Although I never did achieve my childhood dream of the NFL, I did get just outside of it with successful careers in both the Arena League, The Canadian Football League, and the European football league in which I led my team to a Superbowl Championship. (More on that below.) I enjoyed a great collegiate career as a running back at the University of Louisville, stemming from a high school career that began at my beloved high school, Bedford High School in Ohio. So football brought scholarship, stardom, world-wide travel, championships, and a little fame...but  the single most important thing that running around with this ball for 20 years has done, is the role it played in being a spiritual doorway into the lives of thousands of youth. They look up to athletes. And sometimes if you are a good one, you'll get most youth's hearts and attention. Because of God's great gift to me, I WAS A GOOD ONE. And because of God's great calling on my life through sport, I'VE GOTTEN MANY OF THE YOUTHS HEARTS AND ATTENTION! And I want  to do so much more of that!
