Tony "T.C" Stallings
I was born in Cleveland Ohio's inner city, but did most of my growing up in Bedford Heights, Ohio.
My childhood is pretty much a blur; not a whole lot of memorable moments that sit in the heart. However, I do remember dreaming as a youngster about someday doing "big things" with my life. I distinctly remember telling myself everyday, that I would one day make something of myself and reach heights that no one could imagine. That is still amazing to me that my young mind (I was around 11 years old) was already so in tune with all my hearts desires, and was already plotting on how I might make them all a reality. Football was my first love and first taste of "live entertainment" towards others. It always amazed me the impact I would have on people when I did something well on the field. (A platform in the making, and I didn't even know it ;0) I began playing at age 12 and continued to do so for 20 years. Acting had always been in the back of my mind but took to the front as I aged. I usually participated in a church play or two every year as a kid in Ohio and then more frequently in college at the University of Louisville. I never seemed to be shy when it came to acting and naturally felt confident when performing. Speaking of church, I certainly enjoyed growing up in a great church in Cleveland, ultimately leading to my entering the ministry in 2003. Above all my talents, obviously this one is the most important one. Success for me as a preacher means someone came to know God better, or someone is better equipped to live the Christian life. Priceless! Modeling, however, is a different story and quite new to me. I never envisioned myself as a model! I also did not think that a Christian could ever be a successful model as most have to "show" much more than they should these days. The same with acting...never felt like I would ever get a major role due to the compromise of faith that is often requested. But I am out to show the world, that God has actors and models too! I guess you can say I am a man of many talents, and I thank God for all of them, as they will soon all become a combination of powerful platforms for to glorify Him.
